During the checkout process, you’ll have the option to add special instructions; mention your message there. If you forget just dm us on instagram 🙂
We accept bank transfers. COD payments are only accepted with half advance payment.
We can only offer specific date delivery for Islamabad.
Normal delivery takes 3-5 working days. For custom orders it takes 5-10 working days.Â
Yes we do! For bulk orders you can contact us on our instagram page to discuss the options.Â
A confirmation email will be sent to the email ID provided while placing the order. The email will contain your order details.
Once your order has been dispatched our courier service will send you a text, on the provided number, with the tracking ID. If you haven’t received any text, dm us to get your tracking ID 🙂
Once the order has been placed and shipped it cannot be returned or exchanged.Â
Refund is only possible if any item received is damaged. Send us the picture of the item and we will refund you the amount.Â
We LOVE reviews. You can leave your review on the website under your purchased item. Or you can dm us your review with pictures or videos.Â
